The website offering theoretical and practical tools to facilitate and promote the internalisation of solidarity service-learning experiences (SSL) has added Portuguese to its English and Spanish versions.
The site was originally created in those two languages in early 2025 by teams from several institutions that make up the global Uniservitate network: the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile (UC), the University of Monterrey in Mexico, LUMSA University in Italy, the Catholic University of Leuven in Belgium, and Boston College in the United States.
The teams from two other institutions in the Latin America and Caribbean hub worked specifically on the Portuguese translation: the Catholic University of Pernambuco and the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná.
The activities and resources available are constantly being updated, as are SSL best practices and evidence of the impact of reflection on meaningful student learning.
