Organizado por el Centro Latinoamericano de Aprendizaje y Servicio Solidario Sede Uruguay, con el apoyo del Ministerio de Educación y Cultura, la Administración Nacional de Educación Pública, la Organización de Estados Iberoamericanos, la Universidad Católica del Uruguay, la Asociación Civil El Chajá, y la Red URUGUAYA de Aprendizaje y Servicio Solidario.
