On 20th January, a SL seminar was held at Tangaza University College, Kenya, by Dr Judith Pete, who is in charge of the Uniservitate Programme there.
Aimed at students, the meeting had 174 attendees who were undergraduates from the faculty of education finishing their teacher training in 54 schools in and around Nairobi.
The seminar offered the young educators the opportunity to exchange and acquire new tools for their profession in the future, which was welcome with great enthusiasm and stimulated their interest in the subject.
Tangaza University College is an Uniservitate regional hub in Africa, and its “Diploma in Civic and Development Education (DCDE)” recently won recognition at the Uniservitate Award 2022.
